Time To Look For Safety
Well, as I said, I decided I had better get going to get back to Linda, so I headed on down the trail. I hadn’t gone far when the people still watching the bull shouted “here he comes.” I looked back and sure enough, he was coming right down the trail…..which was not very wide. Me another fellow started looking for places to go. I dropped my tripod and climbed a rock and he came on by. This is the fleeting shot and took his place on the trail.
I got a couple of more photos (one pretty blurry) as he went off into the forest on the other side.
You know what the park rangers say. “If you encounter a moose or a bear, give them lots of room.” Well, I gave all that I could and hoped he didn’t get angry. I’m sure he could have climbed that rock if he’d wanted to. Fortunately, he just kept going and I got some nice photos.
