A Truly Big Bull
As I stood for the photo, the moose started to come down the hill. I guess he was going to eat his way along and follow the smaller bull.
It was really great, because he gave me more angles to take pictures from. It was almost like he knew why we were there and what his job was. He took several different poses for me.
He was truly big and handsome….as moose go. I watched for another minute or two and decided that I had better get back to my patient wife.

If you look, you can really see the velvet on his antlers, the coarseness and color of his hair and even his eyelashes. Whenever it comes to rut time, he is going to be someone to be reckoned with.
