Is This Bullwinkle?
As I continued my hike back to Linda, I ran across some another moose, only this one was a bull. He was not far off the trail and he seemed to be okay with some of us on the trail taking some photo opportunities.

As you can see from the picture this bull is not too old, but he does a nice set of antlers. And, since it is still early in the year, he was still in velvet. I found his coloring to be nice and the velvet was in good shape. Thank goodness they were not in the rut yet, otherwise this may have been a different encounter.
