Hawaiian Hibiscus
The flowers on the island were quite stunning. I seemed to be drawn to the hibiscus. However, what I learned while I was there is that the hibiscus is not native to the Hawaiian islands. Who knew??? I always assumed they were, but apparently not. Of course, it didn’t matter to me. I still found them pretty. Here are a couple of different varieties.
