Still Winter Up High
On a short drive, not far from Leadville, we stopped to take a look at the mountains and what we see is although the fields are without snow, the mountains up high still show some winter. One thing we know, is winter can strike anytime up here. In fact, locals assure us that we can get snow any month of the year. We’ve seen it in every month except August.
